Working Conditions

Under Armour Headquarters
Baltimore, Maryland

Under Armour Retail Stores

In my research Under Armour's employees are treated with the best care. The impact on the environment has not damaged the company because of the discoveries of new high-tech fabrics and technology, it has only grew rapidly. Also, since the company is starting to diverse itself in making new products for new consumers it is expanding the their revenues as well.
Under Armour has many job opportunities from their headquarters, retail stores, distribution centers, and modeling jobs. "Under Armour does not discriminate against any candidate on the basis of race, gender, disability, religion, national origin, age, or any other protected category." (http://www.uabiz.com/careers/careers.cfm) Under Armour even offers a 11 week Summer PAID internship for college students, called the Rookie Summer Program.
Under Armour also does not purchase products or components from suppliers that use forced labor, child labor, employee harassment or abuse, discrimination, or unhealthy and unsafe environments. They treat all of their employees with the upmost respect just as they treat their customers. They also offer a good discount and paid vacations for their employees.

I am sure this company is not perfect tho. I read some reviews from some former Under Armour employees. The only cons they had in working in the retail stores were the unfairness of needing certain times off the the "cliques". I would say in order to resolve these problems the employees should only be allowed to ask off a certain amount of days each month in order to create fairness. Also, they should focus on treating all the employees the same way so there is no favoritism. I believe both of these problems are very common in a lot of retail environments.
